Day 01 – Arrival at the Bagdogra Airport
Board flight at 12.45am and reach Bagdogra Airport by 8.15am. Our Representative will pick you from Bagdogra and drop you at the Phuentsholing. Later pick up and proceed to immigration to process permit on arrival at the entry gate. Later in the afternoon, transfer to Thimphu Overnight at Thimphu/Hotel Taktshang
Day 02 – Thimphu sightseeing
We will start the day with visit to gigantic statue of Buddha Dordenma, which commands a tremendous view of Thimphu valley. The huge 3-storey throne holds several chapels and the body itself is filled with 125,000 smaller statues of Buddha.
Then to Takin Reserve, it showcases the unique national animal of Bhutan, the Takin, and then to viewpoint, where you will be able to see the King’s Palace, then to Simply Bhutan.
In the evening, we will visit to Craft Bazzar. The craft bazaar was initiated to promote the young talented rural based artists who master the arts and crafts of the age-old Bhutanese traditional arts which were passed down from generations. Overnight in Thimphu/Hotel Takstang
Day 03 – Thimphu to Punakha
On the third day, we will proceed to Punakha in the morning. On the way, we will stop at Dochhula Pass. The DochhuLa is a mountain pass in the snow-covered Himalayas within Bhutan on the road from Thimphu to Punakha where 108 memorial chortens or stupas. we will visit the Majestic PunakhaDzong built at the confluence of the two major rives in Punakha District Phochhu (Male River) & Mochhu (Female River). It gives stunning sight on sunny days with sunlight reflecting off the water onto its whitewashed walls and followed by suspension bridge Overnight Punakha/Hotel Khuru Khuru
Day 04 – Punakha to Paro
If interested we can do river rafting and Chimi Lhakhang before we drive to Paro District. In the evening stroll down to Paro town for leisure/shopping Overnight at Paro/Ratna Vara
Day 05 –Tiger Nest Hike
Start the day early Hike to Tiger Nest Temple. This temple is one of the most iconic holy sites in the kingdom and clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900M above the Paro Valley. One must hike around 3 hours through beautiful, shady pine forest. No trip to Bhutan would be complete without a visit to this remarkable heritage site Overnight at Paro /Ratna Vara
Day 06 – Transfer to Phuentsholing
In the morning visit to National Museum and Rinpung Dzong and then Drive to Phuentsholing Overnight at Phuentsholing/Lotus Villa
Day 07 – Onward Departure
Drop at Bagdogra Airport. Board flight at 2.30pm and reach goa by 12.00am with sweet memories of the tour.
